About this website

Digital WebShifter is a web design studio based in Palm Bay, Florida. This website explains our approach, shows design concepts and lets you enquire about a project. These website terms are separate from any written agreement for paid work.

Every project has its own scope

Service descriptions show the kinds of work we can offer. The features, deliverables, schedule, price, payment terms and ongoing support for your project are agreed in a written quote or agreement. Sending an enquiry does not book work or create a payment obligation. We do not promise a particular number of enquiries, sales or search rankings.

Concepts and interactive demonstrations

Groundline, Kindred Café, Form Pilates, Palm & Porch, Frame & Field, Clearline and Shelterline are original fictional concepts. They are demonstrations, not client endorsements or live service providers. Sample bookings, records, estimates and email previews do not make real bookings, send messages or complete transactions. Illustrated scenes and sample results show possibilities; your solution will be scoped for your business.

Designs, content and ownership

Branding, original copy and designs on this website belong to Digital WebShifter or their respective rights holders, where applicable. Viewing a concept does not grant a licence to copy or resell its materials. Third-party assets and software remain subject to their own licences. Ownership, permitted use and delivery of materials for a client project are set out in the written project agreement. Nothing here limits uses permitted by law.

Using this site responsibly

Please use the website and its forms for genuine enquiries. Do not send spam, malicious files, passwords or sensitive payment details, or attempt to disrupt the site or access information without permission. Only share project materials you have the right to provide.
